FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest fibre plan?

Home Fibre 50 Mbps at ₹5,699 per year + GST (about ₹475 a month). Prices on this page are live from our catalogue.

Is the router free?

A router is included on eligible plans. Installation is ₹3,500 to ₹15,000 one-time depending on location and plan, and free on yearly plans while our installation offer runs.

Can I add TV?

Yes. IPTV runs on the same fibre connection and can be added at order time.

What happens after 3,300 GB?

You keep browsing at one-tenth of your plan speed until your monthly cycle resets: 30 Mbps on 300 Mbps, 10 Mbps on 100 Mbps, 5 Mbps on 50 Mbps. That is still enough for HD video and work calls on most plans. You get SMS alerts at 50%, 90% and 100%.

Do you protect against DDoS attacks?

Yes. Anti-DDoS protection is included on every plan at no extra cost. Attack traffic is filtered on our network before it reaches your line, so games, calls and work stay online.

FTTH fibre broadband: what makes it different

Fibre to the home (FTTH) carries your internet on glass fibre right up to your router. Unlike copper or wireless, it is not affected by distance, rain or nearby towers, so speed stays steady through the evening.

Plans from 50 Mbps to 1 Gbps

Divyata fibre plans start at ₹5,699 a year for 50 Mbps. Popular choices are 100 Mbps at ₹6,499 and 300 Mbps at ₹10,799 a year. All prices exclude GST and include unlimited data with 3,300 GB a month at full speed.

Where fibre is live

Fibre is live in Rajkot, Morbi, Gondal and Wankaner. If your street is not wired yet, Divyata AirFiber can connect you now and you can move to fibre later.
