Terms of service

Service is offered only inside the authorised Gujarat Telecom Circle and only where last-mile is feasible. Acceptable use and DoT directions apply.

Fair usage policy (home and premium broadband, fibre and Divyata AirFiber): data usage limit 3,300 GB per monthly billing cycle; speed up to that limit is the plan speed; speed beyond that limit is one-tenth of the plan speed (for example 300 Mbps becomes 30 Mbps, 100 Mbps becomes 10 Mbps, 50 Mbps becomes 5 Mbps) until the cycle resets, and never below the DoT minimum broadband speed. SMS / email alerts are sent at 50%, 90% and 100% of the limit. Business broadband, semi leased line and ILL have no data limit.

Anti-DDoS protection is included on all plans and filters attack traffic on our network. ILL is a dedicated circuit; broadband is contended. IPTV is provided through licensed partner platforms and is subject to that platform’s channel packs; partner platforms may change with notice. GST extra unless stated.
