Installation is ₹3,500 to ₹15,000 one-time, depending on location and plan, and is free on yearly home fibre and Divyata AirFiber plans while the current offer runs. Static IP is ₹2,000 + GST per year if required. Free router on eligible broadband plans.

What happens if the fibre cable is cut?

Your connection switches to the Divyata wireless path from a different tower, so you stay online while our team repairs the fibre.

Is 24×7 support included?

Yes. Every Premium plan includes 24×7 customer support from our Rajkot NOC.

Is there a data limit on Premium?

Same as home fibre: 3,300 GB a month at full speed, then one-tenth of your plan speed until the month resets.

Can I add IPTV?

Yes. Free-to-air TV channels are included, and you can add a licensed TV pack when you order.
