Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between business broadband and ILL?
Business broadband is shared (contended) bandwidth. An Internet Leased Line is dedicated 1:1, symmetric bandwidth with a 4-hour incident target.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, every business product is billed with a GST invoice.
Can I get a static IP?
Yes. Static IP is ₹2,000 + GST per year on broadband and included in leased-line designs on request, with reverse DNS (rDNS) on request.
Do you support IPv6 and bring-your-own-IP?
Yes. Our network runs native IPv6 alongside IPv4. Business and leased-line customers can bring their own IPv4 / IPv6 prefixes and announce them over BGP. See IP services.
Picking the right business connection
Most small offices and shops do well on business fibre broadband: unlimited data, a GST invoice and an optional static IP. Factories and GIDC units outside the fibre area can use Business AirFiber from our own towers.
When to move to a leased line
If your billing, ERP, CCTV or video calls cannot slow down at busy hours, a semi leased line gives lower contention at a lower price than a full line. For guaranteed bandwidth, a dedicated 1:1 Internet Leased Line comes with equal upload and download, a 4-hour incident target and BGP.
